To make this Kauai bridal inspiration at Hanalei Bay shoot happen, myself and Reveal Hair and Makeup flew over from Oahu to Kauai. In other words, this shoot was going to happen rain or shine. As rain is very very very normal for Kauai, we were not surprise at all to find an entire island blanketed in rain clouds. Yes, we were slightly disappointed but as ever the optimist, I said, “no worries, it’ll be beautiful anyway.” Oh how right I was. Thankfully my team felt the same. We are island girls at heart and we know rain is probable, and always beautiful. Our model, Piper, made the clouds and rain in the distance all the more ethereal and magical. A true representation of natural beauty set within a breathtakingly raw and beautiful scene.
