Your Hawaii Portrait
What is a Hawaii Portrait Session?
A portrait session is any of the following: maternity (aka baby bump), high school senior portraits, family, anniversary, couples, engagement, honeymoon or professional headshots.
Where Do Portrait Sessions Take Place?
I love to hold portrait sessions at a beautiful beach, cliffside, country side or mountain location. Every portrait session has it's own needs and considerations when choosing the specific location. For instance, while I can hold engagement sessions at more adventurous locations, I would not suggest those spots for family sessions with little children (for safety reasons). When you fill out my contact form, be sure to tell me about what session you are interested in and what type of scenery you love to most. I will provide you with a list of possible locations to choose from. Similarly, I will take into account your own fitness level or limitations. Your safety is my top priority when choosing the location that best fits your needs.
How Long Does Eloping Take?
The ceremony itself is only 20-30 minutes long. Immediately after the elopement, I photograph you with your guests. Then the remaining of the time is spent photographing you and your spouse. Some of my clients choose my 1 hour elopement package. This accommodates enough time for the ceremony and 30 minutes of couples portraits. However, the majority of my elopement couples go for the 2 hour package. This allows for the ceremony and 1.5 hours worth of couples portraits. 1.5 hours of portraits is enough time to also accommodate a second nearby location for the portrait part! You'll get photos in 2 distinct locations that offer different views.
Can We Have Photos in 2 Locations?
Yes, of course we can! I highly recommend choosing 2 locations that are a maximum of 15 minutes apart. My package are hourly based, that is the time from start to finish....including travel time. I would hate to waste too much time driving from point A to B. Choosing 2 locations that are close to eachother means that we get more time actually shooting.
What Things Do We Need To Elope?
To elope in Hawaii you need:
1) Apply for a marriage license in Hawaii
2) Find an officiant
3) Obtain your marriage license from a license agent
4) Hire ME!
When Will We Get The Photos?
My turnaround time is 4-8 weeks from your date. Since I have multiple weddings in my queue at any given time, I edit them in order.
