"The Valley Isle"

Maui, also called "The Valley Isle" is an island with an amazing array of different settings. Here you can find the right setting for your wedding or portrait session, from your classic Hawaiian beaches to more unique locations that your friends back home have never seen. On the west side of the island you can find dramatic cliffside beaches, forests completely enshrouded in lush foliage. Drive south you'll find some of Maui's most beautiful white sand beaches and calm surf. Wailea and Kihei areas are my favorite for sunset sessions, with the sun setting directly on the ocean. Going north, is Baldwin beach in Paia town. My top recommendation on this side of the island and for obvious reasons, it's crystal clear blue waters are nowhere else to be found.

Fun Facts About Maui

- It has the most miles of accessible beach in the state

- The Road to Hana has more than 600 hairpin turns

- Lahaina used to be the state capital before Honolulu

- Maui has the best Humpback whale watching
